The client is a global firm specializing in company information and
business intelligence. This project was to make an initial 100 hours of
calling to make 10 appointments around the use of a new credit risk
solution. We were initially given a one-week period when one of the
sales executives was scheduled to be in the Middle East in order to
make quality, qualified appointments for them attend.
