As one of our customer service associates, Tasmin shares the responsibility for making sure that campaigns run smoothly. She uses her experience to ensure that the right data and customised messaging is in place before our telemarketing team starts making calls. During campaigns, she supports her colleagues by measuring and optimising call strategies, helping them to build strong relationships and guaranteeing that our clients receive a warm welcome at face-to-face meetings with their prospects.
Her Diploma in Digital Marketing, gained after her degree in Sociology, helps her take a holistic approach to lead generation and her experience in the private banking and financial sectors ensures she can personally support several of our largest clients, including a global bank.
Tasmin has a degree in Sociology from Exeter University. Outside work, she enjoys spinning/gym, travelling, watching the rugby and spending time with her family and friends.
