Head of Client Services

As head of client services, Thomas ensures that his team consistently delivers services that exceed expectations. As part of his quality management remit, he has overall responsibility for the accuracy of our clients’ data and the customisation of messaging. As a result, our campaigns are so well targeted and compelling that many clients find that they achieve superior results using us compared to their own in-house resources.

A Business & Management graduate from Exeter University, Thomas was attracted to his role because it allows him the satisfaction of helping many and varied businesses achieve higher growth.

Thomas’s vast experience and ability to see the world from the perspective of others enable him to design new services which give our clients a competitive edge. He is part of our Senior Management Team and enjoys personally managing accounts within the accounting, legal and actuarial sectors.

Thomas’s personal values place great emphasis on positivity and honesty. This makes him an engaging manager who leads by example.

As well as his customer care skills, which have been honed by over 14 years of working with us, Thomas is also a keen advocate of using technology to deliver excellent service. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for IT and has Microsoft certification in Excel 2013.

Outside work, he loves swimming in the sea, spending time with his wife and listening to records.
