Calling team

Our Calling Teams don’t just open doors for our clients. They inform and empathise with prospects to ensure our clients are welcomed with open arms. If you are naturally curious, enjoy speaking to a wide range of people and have extensive business experience and/or a university degree, we’d love to hear from you.

Support staff

Our Support Team ensures our Calling Teams can operate effectively and helps the business achieve its strategic objectives. Positions range from data entry clerks and administrators to managers and marketing specialists.

Our Calling Team is the hub of our business. If you’re interested in joining us, we need to be open about three things:

Firstly, you must be intelligent, inquisitive and genuinely interested in helping people grow their businesses. If you are, you’ll thrive on being responsible for building the initial relationship between our clients and their prospects.

You’ll also enjoy the natural, unscripted and unpressurised conversations you’ll have with a wide range of decision makers, at companies which range from SMEs to the FTSE100.

Our training and mentoring will help you prepare, but it’s important that we can trust you to ask the right questions and really listen to what prospects are saying before steering conversations in the right direction.

Secondly, this isn’t a hot-house call-centre environment. We don’t enforce unachievable targets and zero-hour contracts. Instead, you can enjoy a competitive basic salary, regular hours (between 8.30AM and 5.30PM) and the chance to feel appreciated for your experience. Your colleagues, many of whom have been with us for over five years, will help guide you and we’ll expect you to share your knowledge and experience in return.

Finally, we look after our people. Our regular family-friendly hours, including our 3PM Friday finish, will help you achieve a work-life balance whilst building or maintaining your career.
