Operating successfully in regulated markets requires discipline, accountability and a commitment to doing things properly. My background in audit and compliance has shaped the way we work at Chartered Developments.
I lead our compliance approach and have successfully maintained our Financial Services Qualification Standard (FSQS) accreditation since 2014. Together with our experienced client management team, I ensure our clients receive professional, consistent and effective support across every business development programme.
Our approach is built around execution. Strategy matters, but delivery creates results. Working with our senior management team and owners, I ensure we continue to evolve our services, strengthen our capabilities and provide our clients with the competitive advantage they need to grow.

We’ve maintained independent FSQS accreditation since 2014, demonstrating the high standards of governance, security and compliance expected by many of the UK’s most regulated organisations. That means lower supplier risk and greater confidence for every client—not just those in financial services.
