Training Development Manager

Matt has been a critical part of our team since 2006 when he joined us from his role in research for an affiliate of Ernst & Young.

Having spent four years developing account management skills, Matt found his calling in 2011 when he was promoted to the role of training development manager. He ensures that each member of our Calling Team has the confidence and expertise required to achieve our clients’ objectives. As well as inducting new employees, he provides mentoring during campaigns to ensure that the best possible outcomes are always achievable. His particular niche is targeting corporates with complex technical propositions.

Larger clients appreciate the bespoke training courses Matt runs in-house. These give delegates a unique insight into successful relationship-building within a confidential and supportive environment. As well as sharing his tried and tested techniques, Matt develops participants’ latent negotiation and fact-finding capabilities, enabling them to unlock their full potential.

Outside work, he enjoys playing music and spending time with his family.
