As well as lead generation activities, Shaun shares the responsibility for making sure that campaigns run smoothly and the team’s workload is evenly spread. He uses his experience to ensure that the team have all of the tools required to get our client’s message out to their prospects. Shaun is very collaborative and works in conjunction with the Operations Director, Head of Client Services and Training Development Manager to ensure that campaigns start as they mean to go on. Shaun’s goal is to build strong relationships with all to guarantee that our clients receive a warm welcome at face-to-face meetings with their prospects.
During his 15 years at Chartered Developments, Shaun has developed particular expertise in generating leads in the healthcare sector. He is the company expert on our AISMA (the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants) clients, as well as working with clients from investment management, law firms and IT companies.
High on Shaun’s list of personal values are getting it right first time, humour and engendering win-win scenarios.
Outside work he enjoys spending time with his three boys, investing, socialising, travel and cooking. He also plays bad cricket, very well.
