  • Competitive Salary £26,000 – £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hr week with early Friday finish

About the role

Lead Generation / Telemarketing Executive (Hybrid Role – 2 days a week based at Exeter office the remaining days work from home)

As our client base is growing, we now need to expand our team and are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, telemarketing professional.

The role is purely telephone based and involves calling on behalf of our clients to generate appointments for them to meet with business owners, MDs, and senior decision makers. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a sales/ lead generation role essential.
  • Experience within financial or professional services sector desirable
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong IT capabilities with experience of using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • A professional approach

Our team are set up to work from home and in our office at Pynes Hill, Exeter and are supported by a close collaborative network of colleagues and managers. Initial training will be 2 weeks in the Exeter office and will then move to a hybrid 2 days office, 3 days remote from home.
