Client Profile
The client is a 10 partner strong accountancy firm, who have a good reputation amongst their local healthcare market. The managing partner is also well recognised with doctors as he has written several articles for GP publications. The company wanted to expand further into the healthcare market by approaching care homes.

The Brief
The client wanted Chartered Developments to increase their local clientele and brand awareness, so requested that we target care homes within a selected postcode range of their offices. They had used other telemarketing companies before, but found the meetings to be unsatisfactory, as in most instances the meetings were not with the correct decision makers. The meetings must be with care home owners who
traditionally do not keep regular hours, and therefore our callers needed considerable perseverance and negotiating skills for this type of campaign.

Target Data
Chartered Developments supplied the client with data that matched their requirements. The client then sent out several mail shots and flyers to the decision makers on this data. We were then commissioned to follow these up and arrange meetings, where appropriate.

The Campaign Results
This was a successful campaign, with the target audience receptive to the clients brand and its campaign message. Once the campaign had run for 6 months, the success of the project led the client to ask us to target postcodes further a field to increase their regional client base.
