  • Competitive Salary £24,000 – £26,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hr week with early Friday finish

About the role

Telemarketing / Customer Service Executive (Hybrid Role – 2 days as week based at Exeter office the remaining days work from home)

This is an exciting opportunity to work specifically with a blue-chip client operating in the healthcare sector in a telephone support role. As our client base is growing, we now need to expand our team and are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, customer service professional.

The role is purely telephone based and involves calling on behalf of our clients, questioning and diagnosing business customer requirements to deliver the best outcomes. This role will also involve some customer service calling to individuals in addition to businesses so is both B2B and B2C. This is in addition to handling incoming enquires.  We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a customer service role essential, experience in a sales/ lead generation role desirable.
  • Experience within financial, professional or healthcare services sector desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong IT capabilities with experience of using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • A professional approach.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Our team are set up to work from home and in our office at Pynes Hill, Exeter and are supported by a close collaborative network of colleagues and managers.  Initial training will be 2 weeks in the Exeter office and will then move to a hybrid 2 days office, 3 days remote from home.
