The Process

Client Choosing

Choose the clients to be reviewed. You may already know which tier/s of clients to survey. If not our head of client services can walk you through the arguments for various client types and help you through the decision making process.


You meet our Client Satisfaction Specialists. Once your clients have been chosen and your needs explored, the next step will be consulting with our satisfaction specialists to set in stone your bespoke questions and plan how to start the process.

Survey Launch:

The process most regularly employed is for our team to use a practice specific email address, contact the client by email to arrange a suitable time for a call. Then make the call by phone and not Team’s / Zoom.

Survey Results:

Each client review report is sent to you within an hour of completion.  We will also help you to understand your survey results and discuss outcomes in relation to other professional service firms.
