Client Profile
The client is a growing 8 partner firm of Accountants with a healthcare specialism that they aimed to expand to include Dentists.

The Brief
Having already run several other healthcare related campaigns with Chartered Developments, the client requested us to target Dental Practices to increase their brand awareness. Campaigns involving dentists always prove to be particularly tricky, as getting hold of dentists when they have a spare moment is near impossible, they either have a patient in a chair or have left the office! As a result very few companies choose to target dentists via telemarketing.

Target Data
Originally Dental Practices within a 20 mile radius of their head office, which has now been expanded to a 45 mile radius.

The Campaign Results
The campaign has been running for over 5 years and we have been able to achieve astonishing results. Appointments continue to be made and there is now a high level of
brand awareness amongst Dental Practices. The accountant has managed to sign nearly 60% of the appointments we made for them and have recently decided to double their campaign time so that we could get even more meetings for them. The client has commented that the leads we provide are well qualified and with the appropriate decision maker. The prospects are very receptive to the ideas and solutions proposed. This client is always very eager to recommend us and thus we envisage an excellent ongoing relationship with this client.
