Great news for us all to start 2021. (named client) who you got me a meeting with last summer have joined us a client from 1st January 2021 . This is the largest client we have signed up for many years so many thanks for your help with this one.

In the 1700’s William Blake wrote “Hindsight is a wonderful thing”. A lot of people use this rather sarcastically as a retort to people who say “if only you had done this beforehand’. The forgotten next line from Blake is telling for us now, he wrote “Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but foresight is better…….”
Our hindsight tells us that if you’d pushed hard from May 2020 phone-based lead generation rates were good and deals will have followed. Some of our clients doubled their work with us, others stopped altogether.
Our foresight is this: Use telemarketing now, the volume of Directors open to meeting our clients is clearly rising and deals are certain to result from this’
What do we mean by lead generation rates are good?
- Compared to a year ago (pre-pandemic) our lead generation rates on telemarketing are even better than the fabulous results our clients are used to.
- According to our financial and professional service clients, rates of return on email and social have fallen. So comparatively telemarketing is a winner.
- Compared to other pre-pandemic lead generation routes telemarketing is stellar. I’m thinking here of:-
- Networking – pretty much non existent
- Hospitality – Nope
- Exhibitions – Really?
- Conferences – Some online but you can’t network nearly as well.
